Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable, however we understand that sometimes life happens. Please read below for details on our policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and reschedules.

Once your date is confirmed with us, that time is held just for you. We turn away other clients to protect your booking, which is why deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days before your scheduled event. We’ll make our best effort to find a new date that works. However, please note that this depends on availability, and if a new date cannot be agreed upon, the deposit is still non-refundable.

As long as we have been given at least 7 days’ notice, your deposit will remain in good standing for up to 2 months.

In the very rare event that an artist has to cancel due to illness, emergency, or any other unforeseen circumstance — and a replacement artist cannot be provided — a full refund will be issued. This is the one exception to our no-refund policy.

Please understand that once you’ve secured a date with us, we build the rest of our schedule around that commitment. These policies help us keep things fair for both our clients and ourselves.
